Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

As project management grows in scope, importance and recognition, so do the related career and certification options available to you. A logical stepping stone to the PMP®, and a boost to your overall professional development is the CAPM. The CAPM is intended for those practitioners who provide project management services but are relatively new to the profession.

ESI offers a CAPM online Practice Test, which will greatly improve your chances of passing the CAPM exam the first time. It is a 150-question, web-based practice test which precisely follows the PMI® and CAPM exam blueprint.

PMAppraise® (2-4 hours)

Test your PMP readiness.

ESI's PMAppraise® helps you quickly evaluate your project management knowledge and identify areas in which you need improvement. This will assist you in selecting the most appropriate training program for your specific needs. This convenient assessment consists of 120 multiple-choice questions covering the nine areas of the PMBOK® Guide and the professional responsibility domain, and is benchmarked internationally.

PMP® Exam Power Preparation (5 days)

Immerse yourself in ESI's PMP® Exam Power Prep and you'll be well on your way to passing PMI's PMP® certification exam. This course is for you if you've met PMI's requirements put forth in the PMP® Credential Application. This intensive, five-day course integrates in-depth topic reviews with structured personal study time, including individual assistance from your PMPcertified instructor. You'll thoroughly review exam "trouble spots," use highly effective drills to accelerate your learning, receive invaluable test taking tips, and take and review practice exams.

You'll receive a comprehensive workbook, including drills and practice exams, as well as PMI's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). And, for on-the-go reinforcement, you'll be given The Portable PMP® Prep: Conversations on Passing the PMP® Exam CD set.

As PMI® evolves the PMP® credential to reflect the changing profession, ESI remains committed to the success of our PMP® Power Prep students. Take PMI's PMP® certification exam within 60 days after course completion and we'll stand behind your success—should you fail to pass the exam on your first try, we'll give you free access to the online version of our popular and effective PMP® Exam Preparation course to support your additional focused preparation.(You must enroll within 30 days after having taken the PMP® certification exam; you will be given standard course access.)
