The Project Management Institute (PMI®)
ESI is a Registered Education Provider of the PMI®. Since its founding in 1969, Project Management Institute (PMI®) has grown to be the organisation of choice for project management professionalism. Approaching 100,000 members worldwide, PMI® is the leading non-profit professional association in the area of Project Management. The Project Management Professional (PMP®) Program supports the international community of project management professionals and is designed to objectively assess and measure professional knowledge.

The PMI requires that a PMP® earn 60 PDUs every 3 years in order to maintain their certification. Each hour of scheduled classroom participation qualifies for one PDU. For more information on maintaining certification, see PMI®'s Website at www.pmi.org
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM®)
ESI's Core Project Management Curriculum is endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management. Formed in 1976, as the Project Managers' Forum, the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) has been instrumental in progressing the profession of project management over the past 27 years. The AIPM's role is to improve the knowledge, skills and competence of project team members, project managers and project directors, all of whom play a key role in the achievement of business objectives, not just project objectives. The AIPM also aims to ensure that those involved at other levels in an organisation and the community generally, understand the key role of project management in today's society.
